The Barn Holiday Cottage Lincolnshire Wolds

The Barn is a 16th century farm barn which has been stylishly converted and has now obtained ETC's 5 star rating.

This superb holiday cottage is set out on two floors sleeping up to four, and is perfect for both families and couples alike .

The cottage has been furnished with high quality furniture, fittings and decor with all the latest appliances..

The tastefully decorated and furnished lounge has the original beams and English oak wooden floor complete with chair and two comfortable sofas. For your entertainment we have a television, radio, cd and DVD players.

The Barn has a large lounge which has been decorated
and furnished to the highest of standards. The wooden floors throughout the cottage are solid English oak. The comfortable suite
is beautifully upholstered.

For your entertainment we have a television,
radio, cd player and DVD. There are an assortment of both
inside and outdoor games available for your use (please ask).

The extensive and impressive kitchen has been is fully fitted with a
microwave oven, electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The dining area has wrought iron chairs and a stylish glass table.
The cottage is fully centrally heated and all electric used is included in the renting fee. All bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are provided.

The bedrooms, twin bedroom with ensuite shower and double kingsize with ensuite bathroom are light and airy.
